He/She must be computer literate; possess the following skills: good communication, decision-making, analytical; and can work with minimum supervision. Successful candidate shall be responsible in assisting the Business Unit/Production Manager in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the daily activities of the line to produce the desired volume of product according to the described efficiency rate and quality yield levels, in conformance to customer’s schedule at minimum manpower and material cost.

Male or female, graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a minimum 3 years experience. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Work, powerpoint, Outlook) with excellent personal management, communications and public relations skills. Knowledge in PEZA, SEC, BIR & other government related regulations and requirements, able to work under pressure and can adapt to fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Male or female, graduate of any engineering course preferably with at least 2 years experience from a semiconductor or electronics industry in the same position; must have good understanding of both mechanical and electronic systems; and must be computer literate. He/She should have analytical and mental capabilities in dealing with figures and data; leadership abilities in performing his/her tasks; and must be quick in implementing corrective action needed in the line to prevent downtime.

He/She must be technically inclined in IE matters. He/She will conduct Time Study, Capacity and Manpower planning for In-House and other offsite company projects and will initiate cost saving measures.

Responsibility:

Handle the manufacturing of Baracoda product by controlling our EMS, ODM, OEM factories. Manage and find solutions for all possible problems on production line (Quality, sourcing …), ensure the quality and the high-efficiency of the production line; Build and maintain the work instruction and process flow chart, train the factory workers; Launch the new product pilot run, feedback the requested/recommended improvement to design team; Trouble shooting and defect analysis, make sure the quality of the process on the production line in order to reach company quality target: Zero Defaults; Follow up the shipment schedule; make sure the products will be delivered on time; Report to the manager in HK office, be the windows with the factory

Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, engineering background; At least 5 years work experience in Process/Production/Project Engineer role, familiar with the SMT/DIP process, Casing-assemble process, Function test and box packing process. Barcode scanner, Bluetooth, High technology and RF products experience is preferred; Mechanical/Electronic knowledge for plastic and electronic products (Consumer and Industrial grade); Familiar with the Lean Production, FMEA, IPC, Poka Yoke, 6-Sigma, DMAIC, 5S process and 8D report, etc.; Fluent in English and good communication skills; Be able to work independent and possible travel.

Responsibility:

Electronic research and development on new technologies: Bluetooth low power, Near Field Communication (NFC), RFID, etc.; In charge of Embedded System solution design and development; Handle our electronic designs (Schematic, BOM and Layout) for Bluetooth Barcodes and RFID readers, NFC Solutions, Bluetooth accessories; Manage electronic project and contractors for the design and testing of our products: Schematic, BOM, Layout, Derating, Open / Short test, Thermal analysis., signal measurement, etc.; Support Production Team and ensure the efficiency of the design for manufacturing; Familiar development cycle, EDA tools for schematics and PCB layout; Provide Production document like BOM/AVL, Thermal analysis, Functional test report, Work Instructions, Functional test plan, ECN, etc.

Requirement:

University degree in Electronics Engineering; Min. 2 years experience in Embedded System design, ARM, PIC, 8bit to 32 controllers. Knowledge on low level firmware and software development: C language; Good experience in RF design: Bluetooth, WIFI, NFC, RFID, Antenna design would be an advantage; Knowledge on small power (<10W) DC/DC converters; Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuit; Good experience in schematic and layout software (PADS Logic, PADS Layout); Fluent English and good communication skills; Able to work proactively and independently.

Male or female, graduate of Technical/Vocational/College Graduate of IT course with a minimum of three (3) years experience performing servicing, repairs, and installations. Know Linux, CISCO, other routers and switches, network planning, design, upgrade and perform network infrastructure support. He/She will provide technical support on operational or maintenance aspects of systems and network access online and remote users; ensures full interoperability and a seamless connection to terminal, file, firewall servers, remote access etc.

Male, College Level or Technical Graduate with at least 2 years experience as LM Technician. He will conduct sustaining and preventive maintenance of machines. Preferably with background in machine operations.

Male or female, at least College level or High School Graduate with at least 2 years experience in electronic / semicon industry. Have knowledge in training operators and production basics.

Male or female, at least College level at least 1 year in documentation and encoding job. Work experience in manufacturing is an advantage. He/She will perform the daily encoding of Direct Labor Cost, production reports, attendance, production output, and other clerical job functions.

Male or female, graduate of any Engineering course and with a strong knowledge or background in C language. He/she will perform software debugs and provide constant feedback on software bugs. He/she will develop tests processes and procedures and will work with product development teams.
