CORPORATE STRATEGIC PLANNING MANAGER
Male or Female. Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any business related course, and preferably with an MBA degree; with at least two years business development or marketing experience. Candidate must be excellent in communication, project management, and presentation skills; and must be computer literate (MS Office/Open Office). Knowledge in conversational Nihonggo would definitely be an advantage.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Male or Female. Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or any business related course with at least one year business development or marketing experience. Candidate must be excellent in oral and written communication, project management, and presentation skills; and must be computer literate (MS Office/Open Office). Knowledge in conversational Nihonggo would definitely be an advantage.
SOFTWARE PROGRAMMERS
Male or female. Graduate of B.S. Computer Science or any four-year I.T. course. Must have at least one year experience in the same capacity. Can speak and write business-style Nihonggo. Candidate must be knowledgeable in Java, PhP, C++, and ABAP. Willing to work in Japan for a minimum of one year.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
Male or female. Graduate of B.S. Computer Science or any four-year I.T. course. He/She must have at least 2 to 5 years experience in the same capacity. Candidate should know how to integrate and do data conversion, and must have the ability to train system users. Further, candidate must possess good communication skills, must be proactive, can work with minimum supervision, and be a consistent team player. Further, candidate must be knowledgeable in VB.Net, ASP. Net, C#, MSSQL Server 2000/2005, Crystal reports, (J2EE) Java, JSP, Servlet, Javabeans, MYSQL/POSTGRESQL. This position is highly involved in creating, designing, and developing business software used in ERP solutions.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS
Male or female, graduate of any engineering courses (preferably Industrial Engineering); not more than 35 years old; with at least 2 years supervisory experience from any semiconductor or electronics industry. He/She must be computer literate; possess good communication skills, decision-making skills, analytical skills, and can work with minimum supervision. Further, he/she must have the ability to be adaptable to change and flexible in any situation. Successful candidates shall be responsible in assisting the Production Managers in planning, organizing, controlling and directing the daily activities of the line to produce the desired volume of product according to the described efficiency rate and quality yield levels, in conformance to customer’s schedule at minimum manpower and material cost.
ENGINEERS
Male or female. Graduate of any engineering course preferably with electro mechanic experience from a semiconductor or electronics industry; must have good understanding of both mechanical & electronic systems; and must be computer literate. He/She should have an experience in maintaining and repairing factory equipment; must have good hands-eyes coordination; has the ability to read CAD and schematics diagrams; and should possess good analytical and trouble shooting skills. Further, candidate must be willing to travel abroad, hence the ability to communicate well in English. Knowledge of conversational Japanese or Taiwanese language is a plus.
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERS
Male or female. Graduate of B.S.I.E., and must have at least one year experience in the same capacity from any semiconductor of electronics industry. He/She must know how to conduct time and motion study; posses innovative and analytical skills; and must be computer literate.
CADET ENGINEERS
Male or female. Graduate of any engineering course; with or without work experience. Candidate must be willing to undergo extensive training under the Company’s cadetship program that will enhance and polish engineering technical skills. He/She must be computer literate and must possess good communication skills. Successful candidate shall provide efficient and effective in-process investigation and containment actions in all phases of assembly operations, conduct evaluation, and provide analysis to improve production efficiency and quality.
BUDGET ANALYST
Male or female, BSBA-Accounting graduate with at least two years experience in the same capacity. Must have a good command of oral and written English; and must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
PLANNER
Male or female, graduate of any engineering course, preferably Industrial Engineering. He/She must not be more than 30 years old. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in the same capacity.
Generates daily production plan based on customer’s requirement and materials availability, ensures that the generated production plan is being performed by production by validating actual output versus plan; monitors the flow of materials from incoming until delivery, and ensures that all materials are controlled properly with accurate inventory. Must be computer literate.
IT Technical Support Staff
Male, graduate of BS COE, BS ECE, or BS CS. Not be more than 30 years old. Candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in the same capacity. Candidate must be knowledgeable in business application web program.
